Longer Consultations for your pet.
At Ferndown Family Vets we feel the consultation process should be unhurried for multiple reasons:
History – you know your pet better than anyone so it’s important you have time to tell us everything we need to know.
Fear free approach – your pet needs time to settle before the examination and we need time to give them treats and play with them afterwards.
Questions – you need to feel you can ask all the questions you would like to.
